i dont saw he was a cop, (not in his name?) when i hear his signals, i cant move because there rails/barriers behind the road, its very small road behind the roundabout.

You blocked several chases today already, and you don't have to see his name. You've to MOVE for sirens or at least for the !move bind (MOVE FOR POLICE »»») if it's used. It's not the first time you did that, and you just had a ban for the same reason a week ago.
