Was in the pitstop he comes up and ramed me and drove away not even say sorry

He changed his controls and his wheel jumped to the right, it seems like an accident and he barely hit you. I suppose he didn't even see/hear the hit. I'll give him a reminder to apologise in future but it's not worth any more action.
