New forum theme

As everyone else, i wasn't too sure about this when i first saw it, but after only a couple of hours, i got used to it and like it very much

Really liking the new forum theme, well done Pete, Elmo and everyone else involved!

Also Pete; it says to constantly be able to view sigs it needs 'classic post mode', how would you change it to that?

UserCP > Edit Options > Thread View Options > Display posts in classic mode

As the announcement said, we'll be adding that feature soon (hopefully tomorrow if I get time).
You can pre-set it now if you like and it should work as soon as we've got it done (Although there may be much breakage for a short time while it's tested )

With everything that's new, it takes a bit of getting used to. See how you feel after a bit of time using it.

What about trying out red or something for new posts? Would be great to have it be shown more distinctively

I'll think of something if it really is a problem for a lot of people. Personally, I think it's obvious enough as it is but we'll see.

I really like the new theme, it looks good quality with the overlays, the only thing i am a bit unsure of is the contrast between the main stripy background. Looks a bit weird with this theme. The Avatars do look a bit strange too

I really like the new theme, I wouldn't need to open very slowly my eyes the night because of the brightness (Wasn't that bright but when you are tired ) and the theme does "modern".

The theme is good as it is now. Theres no need in modifying anything, you can clearly see which is a recent thread and which not as it has Bold letters.

Give it a few days, it's a big change at first, but you should get used to it. Old theme can't even compare to this one, it's so much worse.

but i find the tc blue is abit hard on the eyes.

Could you add like something neon or lights on sides? need to press a key for light if that should work
