I saw he drove carelessly on AB so i slow down so i could fine him, and then he drive very close to me and brake so i think i will stop at the grass on end of AB then he drive WW, reverse on AB, crashing, (I had caution on). Then i said stop to get them to stop and so i do a maneuver i know i should not do. I are not so sure why i did it. So then i chase him and fine him. After that he start to complain and calling me idiot.

I dont want more people to call me idiot so thats why i reported him now. Just give him a warning or something.
