Judging from the replay, the user violated multiple rules:

Did a complete circle of the roundabout whilst drifting (didn't cause any problems, albeit). The most minor rule violation of his collection - even barely worth mentioning actually.
Wrong siding on the Autobahn multiple times (whilst being chased, luckily gaining no real advantage as you said)
Interfering with (other) chase/s
Whilst interfering and causing accidents (above bullet point), did not offer any form of apology.

Due to the nature of the user's record, a ban of 3 months will be issued. His linked account will also be banned.
