This report is being looked into. Please be patient.

The stopping on the autobahn is against the rules, but still, he isn't a thread or an annoyance to any other user on server, as the server was nearly empty.

Regarding the minor U-turn he did to go back to pits, it was also safe from other users and didn't cause a problem for anyone.

I will have a talk with him on server, but otherwise no action will be taken.

No action has been taken for reasons described.
