You have 5 separate URS entries for swearing, therefore a ban has been issued and will remain enforced till the time is up on it. You ban will expire on 1st April 2014.
Please in the time you remain banned from TC servers go a re-read TC rules again. http://www.city-driving.co.uk/rules/ (you also have the option of translating the rules which is top right of the screen when the rules page is open) Unban Request Denied
