I'm not sure about anyone else but I'm not sure what you're asking here.

Of course TC is capable of anything they want but obviously within reason. I'm sure they'll listen to you, even if your idea is a bit 'out of the blue' or unrealistic, usually those kind of ideas are made even better and realistic by all the other members/admins.

So don't think some of your ideas can't be heard, because they can here.
