Connor - I believe Carl/Ralph is asking the limitations of the InSim and how far it can be pushed. This is a question which is quite hard to briefly answer but I'd go with anything which does not change the actual mechanics of LFS (quick example: it is impossible to mute someone from the main chat, but it is possible (although in this case, not implemented and may never be) to mute someone from an InSim chat like (!local)). Chuck would no doubt have the best answer for this.
