Reason: The cop was speeding on the autobahn following Viper and Lowrider (Batman and Robin) He wasn't in a chase.

BabyComet was doing donuts in pits, I told him not to nicely, then the cop came and chased him. They started talking which then started a whole perverted conversation between the 2 talking about "f-ing" each other.
