Host refused connection... unban request (Ban Ended)

keeps saying host refused connection,

another person on forum says i have been banned for five days...

looking at other threads the reasons are for cheat software, even though i loaded LFS as soon as i booted computer, no mods or nothing was running. Last time i played was yesteday and i logged off normal.

whats the reason for my ban
