I see nothing wrong with this at all apart from.
1) You are trying to pass him but he is moving as cops are coming right behind him and he is giving them room to pass.
2) You should also of slowed due to the chase coming.
3) The incident @ 15:39.49 you attemtped to pass him on a very tight bend, of course there is going to be an accident, and he also accelerated slightly so both of your cars collided at the bend.
4) Purely driver error and i dont think this was intentional.
5) You were BOTH far to close to the chase infront of you on the 13:53.65 incident

Stay away from chases guys, give the [COP]'s room to pass, i could place warnings on both your URS's for not staying away from chases, however i am not going too, but next time i catch both of you too close you will receive confirmable warnings.

I shall be taking no action with this report.
