A problem i have noticed

Now the image below is just so you can understand more, now that the wrong way spec mode boundaries have been pushed back further, its came to my attention that people are driving up the ONE way RB exits, and its really annoying when the car doesn't render in time as it is driving towards you and you can't avoid it. Fair enough if it was an accident but people do it on purpose.
