Hello,

For the hit with virgie, both had their fault part. virgie could've checked before exiting her garage, and he could've drove on the right side instead of the left / almost over the stopping zone.

I will give him a warning for all the above, as he received 0 entry for this year, we won't escape the hammer that easily the next time.
