The traffic might not be huge but that's not a reason to "not make an app". The development costs aren't nearly as much as they were.

I'm still not sure an app for the forum is a wise move but a stats/chat app is certainly something I've been pondering for ages and will get around to finishing and deploying it at some point as mentioned in my previous post.
