3:15:20 starts following me
3:16:00 stops on hw2 infront of me, reverses.
i initiate chase on other user, think safest to do is pass right, but he comes closer. follows afterwards
3:17:16 sees me, brakes, not sure if looses control or on purpose hits me head on

● Description of incident (16.07.2014)
had several incidents with user in the last days, he always claims lag, but im not sure about that.
