This report is being looked into. Please be patient.

He will have a warning for unnecessarily wrong siding (and causing a crash due to it), however he was rather apologetic for what he had done and he does not have an obligation to pay you anything, and he was allowed to disconnect at that point.

I'm sorry you lost your trip but it happens.

Action has been taken as described.
