If I understand you correctly, I'm guessing you haven't read what this topic is about? And what we have all said? Your report was used as an example in this situation to backup our points. Pipa's decision in respect "confused" us because some members of the community have been told different to what Pipa enforced in your report. So this topic came in to hand to clear things up to prevent future confusion. Not to stir things up. I do take in admin decisions more than user decisions..
