You rammed someone (possibly on purpose) who was actually slowing for sirens, without apologising then you tried to undertake the person you rammed. When undertaking this person, they moved out slightly causing contact, which then caused you to lose control. You reported him for ramming (a tiny bit of contact which could've been accidental) which goes on his record.

All in all, ramming and abusing !report.

 
