● Description of incident (inc Date & Time)

Right i swear this guy and his friend have been told i think by nearly every player on the game and also by a few admins but he gets away from it, i hope this report gets him BANNED for quite along time, seeing as he has NEVER learnt from being told that wrong way on autobahn is against the rules. He however does it again and again!

He does speak English however his friends claim he don't.
