That very minor collision was your fault as you brakechecked the cop behind you.

It is correct that cops need to let you brake for corners, however the corner ahead of you was still very far away and you were on a perfectly straight road. While brakechecking is not illegal, it still means you are the one to blame for that fender bender.

Same reason as above you quickly and very heavily applied the brakes without a proper reason to do so, the speed was low enough to make the corner. The cop behind you couldn't react in time[nor does he have to] and hit you.

Besides it was very minor hit aswell and hardly worth of pointing it out.

You suddenly swerved left into his path and gave him no time to react to your u turn.

At 33:18.00 his path was still clear and he hit you at 33:19.30. He reacted within a second, but there was no time for him to avoid the collision. You are to blame for this incident aswell.

Moral of the story here is to watch your surroundings. Especially in a police chase you are not alone out there and have to anticipate other peoples reaction time or braking distance.
