Windows 10 is Very Very fast.. They removed that metro and replaced it with that Start menu as you can see from the screenshot .so it's not complicated anymore

You can actually remove those tiles if you wish, although then your start menu will look quite thin and boring

I actually kind of like Win10 from what I've seen with the Tech Preview. Only thing about it that annoys me is that you can't remove the Search and the Task View from the task bar, but other than that, it ain't bad at all.
