● Description of incident (4th October)

Inappropriate use of the banhammer & the kickstick.

I got informed by a teammate in channelchat that user Jim used the "f-word" towards me. As I was in a chase in that time, I don't exactly remember what Jim said.
It was a private message from Jim to a teammate and my teammate copy-pasted it into the channcelchat.

Anyway, after my chase I told Jim in the chat not to use the "f-word" towards me.
Val stepped in saying Jim didn't.
Val had absolutely no reason to step in there as admin, as there was no ongoing discussion/arguing between Jim and me as I ended it with saying "JUST dont use the f-word, THX, BYE"

He then told me to sort my attitude and kicked me.
After reconnecting, I asked him if I got kicked for saying that I don't need him, and if so, then he should sort his attitude himself please.
Got banned, 14 days - "Disrespectful attitude" and Val seemed to be happy about finally getting rid of me because of commenting it with a ":-)".

Now I'm sure you will say that the ban is justified as I told an admin to sort his attitude himself, please.
Well, IMO Val should definitely sort his attitude himself if he tells me to sort MY attitude and kicks me because I said I don't need him.

At the same time this is an unban request.
