Having reviewed the situation, we believe that both the kick and the ban were unjustified. We have spoken to Val and these actions have now been overturned.

Whilst your in-game text did not warrant any action, bear in mind that what you write could be interpreted as aggression.

After a small talk with Val, you have been unbanned and so you are free to rejoin the server.
