Hello,

- As you know, he did apologise, although it was late. This is the most important fact here.
- The crash did not really impact your gameplay
- It was an isolated incident
- His English is probably not the best

There will be no action taken. It would certainly have been nice if he apologised sooner but it looked like he wanted to type/was typing (judging by the way he was controlling his car) but ended up simply entering 'sorry', which is enough.

There was no need to report this.

No action has been taken for reasons described.
