Save your money for now and purchase something when you can afford some newer hardware. Rather go with a new low-budget AMD build than upgrading your current parts.

Here is a 'cheap' upgrade imo:

AMD AM3+ FX-8320, 8-core, 125W
Crucial DDR3 BallistiX 1600Mhz 8GB KIT (2x4GB)
ASUS AM3+ M5A97 R2.0
Sapphire Radeon R9 280
XFX ProSeries Core Edition 550W PSU

4.127DKK / 554eur

 
