After reviewing the replay, the incident did look like a complete accident. He obviously wasn't aware of his map at the time and it's unfortunate that he failed to apologize. Due to him failing to apologize he will receive a warning to remind him to pay attention and apologize if he causes an accident.

Action has been taken as described.
