Hello,

Both of the users you reported did in fact mess around with your traffic stop.
I believe they have broken the following rules by doing so:

Rules Wrote:1.16. Traffic stop:
The traffic-stop sign indicates a stationary cop currently dealing with a suspect. You are expected to reduce your speed and pass the scene with caution, both...

Rules Wrote:
2.1. Do not harass police officers. Wrote:- Do not donut or drift around stationary cops.

Due to their irresponsible behavior, both of these users will receive a warning for their actions.
