Youtube actually manages the uploads, they remove videos when there's author objections or someones privacy is being made public. TPB does not do anything against illegal material uploaded, they are actually aiming at these product as probably 95% of the uploads is illegal content. Therefore Youtube and TPB are far from the same.

And the website actually is responsible if they purposely offer illegal services to theor customer.
