Sonic, south city was on both servers a week ago or so, everyone is aware of which track is being run on server one. If people decide to join server two (most of the times the server which is empty - in normal circumstances) is because of westhill. They want to play on westhill.
A server without players isnt a server. Players want westhill, westhill runs. Theres no need to force players to play on tracks they've played for years if theres a new one which they want to drive on. |
