Chase stuff/speeding

Almost every on the server only plays for the cop chases - they speed, drive recklessly, etc..
For an example, we all know the good old Koyoto Ring autobahn, and the roundabout it has at one place.. Most of the time, somebody decides that he'll go ~200km/h and slam the breaks at the very last second thus, crashing into me. If not that, then somebody will pass me super close, or ignore my turn signals, or just decide that'll start drifting in-front of me & purposely slow down.

I get it, for most of you it's probably boring to drive "normally", but for me it's boring to have every 3rd car (almost) hit, ram or spin you out the track.

My suggestion is that, after a chase, you'll lose much more money when speeding, for atleast 5 minutes.
(You already lose 1 - 50(or more?) euros when you go past 180km/h (could be 200km/h, dunno, haven't driven that fast in a long time), so when you have the 5 minute "cooldown", you'll lose more.)
tl;dr: If you've had a chase, which you won/lost, but you still decide to speed, you'll lose more money than usual.

I know that this won't make it up for the people who decide to break at the very last second or speed without being caught by the police(somehow that happens lol), but this is the only suggestion I could think of that doesn't "strict" you into doing less stuff.
