Hello,
It's nice to see you have taken interest to cop on the Servers. To start, you need to have driven 2500km on the [TC] Servers to be able to take the Cop Licence Test as Bowler was trying to explain to you above. Once you have driven 2500km and passed your cop licence test (advisable to read the Police Guide before you do it). You are to make an application under the format and instructions of this thread: http://forum.city-driving.co.uk/showthread.php?tid=499 I'm afraid until you meet the requirements you are not eligible to Cop nor Train.
