Certainly looked suspicious but not completely sure it was intentional. However he should have paid more attention when pulling a stunt like that and the least he has to do is apologise for it. He only apologised after you threatened to report him, which is too late and not acceptable.
On top of that his history is rather poor, so he will get a seven day ban. Action has been taken as described. Thank you for your report. It has now been moved to the archives. |
