Hello

The player was definitely in the wrong. It looked as if his wheels locked up when he braked and subsequently had no ability to steer to take the corner. His statement that he was going to park up is also false, since after you confronted him he continued driving (or from what I can see in the last few seconds of the replay).

This behavior isn't unknown by this user, therefore he will serve a short ban.
