This report is being looked into. Please be patient.

Well after checking the replay,

He did fail to apologize at the time and the ram on you certainly looked targetted, he had no reason to turn into you at such an angle when the corner was in the other direction. He still had full control of the vehicle so drunk or not, it was not acceptable.

Due to his history, a warning is not necessary so the user will receive a short ban for ramming and failing to apologize.

Action has been taken as described.
