6.05: User goes ww when a chase is near and crashes into us.

7.40: User approaches the chase at high speed, he saw the chase for more than 20 seconds as he was following us. Full crashes into me and his reaction was

"Wtf you stopped in the road"

After telling him to read the rules, he refuses to understand what he done wrong.
