Excuse me

The problem is not arab players or arabic people. The problem is the specific bunch of arabs playing on the servers. I have personally a few friends from saudi arabia and they speak english very well. Just those who join the servers recently are the worst image for their country however it does not make all them bad.

Therefore, I wouldnt put any effort in making translations. Let them make an effort first to stay in this community. Believe google translator gives you atleast a basic explanation of the rules by just copy pasting them.
