Clarification of Arabic rules

It still specializes arabs giving them rights people from other countries won't get. It still doesn't affect my life but people need to acknowledge that if this suggestions goes through arab people have special treatment over other countries, and TC is saying you don't need to know english in english speaking community, we will translate rules for your native language if you can't behave yourself
