Is it so hard for arabs to learn english? Everyone else learns it also so they can interact internationally, or if they don't learn they just need to accept the fact you can't do certain things as well as others. I still am not against this idea but you are not even trying to understand mine, or Frozens point in this.

edit: if you want to help arab players, make the rules, and give them to arab players directly without TC backing it up, so it won't end up TC giving special treatment to other countries over others
