It's is a contraction of It is. Both are correct.

Using a positive contraction at the end of a sentence is arguably (not sure if "officially") grammatically incorrect because it simply sounds wrong and makes the sentence sound incomplete. A sentence ending with "Yes, it's" sounds wrong, but a sentence ending with "No, it isn't" sounds fine.
