Downside with TrackIR is that you need to carry an IR reflector. The stock reflector is some weird thing you got to put on a cap. The "pro" reflector is some thing which you can attach to the base of your headphones. It got active IR lights which need to be connected to an USB port (the cable has been hidden on the marketing images ).
So you always have to wear some bizarre construction on your head. I don't want that. MS Kinect for PC will hit the stores next month. At a ridiculous price though, but the only "professional" solution I think. |
