We already missed it Lamp, it is the 18th of Jan for blackout day.

Also, there isn't the same reason to as with (for example) wikipedia.

The TC forums are there to facilitate proper gameplay on the game-server. You can't ban someone if the rules aren't online. And people still should be able to report users.

Anyone who plays in TC is already aware of SOPA and PIPA, there would be little effect this would have except disruption.
