Daywalker is going for an overtake but the LX6 moves out of the way a little too late. Daywalker then hits the railing which causes him to hit the LX6, this is not intentional from Daywalker and he also apologised immediately.

However, in the second incident, Daywalker is indeed at fault here and going for an undertake which itself is an illegal and dangerous manoeuvre. Throughout the replay it seems as though Daywalker expects everyone to move for him because he is in a quicker car. His accusation of you afterwards is completely unjustified as well as he was the ones who caused this collision.

Due to the fact that this user has had many warnings in the past, he will receive a 3 day ban.
