So, if I'm reading this correctly, you have a recruitment period for the recruitment period? Isn't a recruitment period that time that let's you decide whether the candidate will be a good fit for the team? If you're doing it the way you say, then you've made the probation period the recruitment term and the actual recruit status afterwards is more so a temporary rank?
