Boosted's idea is fine though.

Most people don't find LFS being a game as much, they rather consider it being a proper simulator, therefore they don't play as much as the active players do. Not everyone has the time to play LFS, here it's all about playing for countless hours to get the lot of money that you're talking about while driving around the same map over and over again, that's not fun, it's grinding, not everyone likes that.
