Isn't that something called common sense? Something MED /RES and TOWs should use when responding?
Not really a valid reason for not allowing MEDs to speed to a call.

I'm for allowing MED and RES vehicles to speed when responding to a call and not losing money, so long as they don't cause a danger to others while doing so.
