Main reason(s): I just 'helped' a crashed car in the road.

Nick says that I was ramming, both parts, me and the crashed cars actually were laughing at it, Nick goes in and gives me a UF1, and end up in banning me. which in my field of view, abuse of his power due to unresolved issues to events that happened yesterday @1:57AM in the Minecraft server

I was just taking a look at Nick's house, he lives in front of me, I opened the door, (not private) and was just taking a look around at his farm and the way he sets up his house, I accidently hit them, Immediatly apologised for it. and then he pull off his axe and start attacking me, me as a self defense had to kill him with my sword.

Nick was slain by MrAD2 --- Check log if you want

he then used the /kill command and half of armor is gone, some irons stuffs and wood. and most important of all, the XP level that was @32. Here is a screenshot proving my XP Level took it when i was playing a sign by mistake :


Now today when he saw me online, he just bans me cause the events that happened @1:57AM.
