This report is being looked into. Please be patient.

After watching the replay this user clearly doesn't care about complying with our rules. He knew that he was gaining an advantage by going OOB and used this to escape from the chase.

This user will receive a short ban.

I can see that the accounts have already previously been linked so both accounts will have this ban applied to them.

Action has been taken as described.
