Hi

The timestamps that were of a particularly concern to me are:

• 1:06:32
• 1:11:10
• 1:18:45
• 1:20:45
  

For the following reasons, the user will serve a ban:

• Ignoring sirens and cops that were evidently in the middle of the road, and not slowing down
• Intentionally ramming others by driving onto the wrong side, then blaming them
• Negligent driving causing disruption to other players
