I've checked the replay briefly, and it does clearly show him intentionally ramming. With that being said, after these incidents occurred, he was warned for a separate ramming occasion and was banned for 3 days for continued ramming. I won't extend his ban, but this report will be logged on his file for future reference.

Action has been taken as described.
